At Hood Honey, we take pride in providing fresh, high-quality products straight from our urban farm. Because our items are perishable and handcrafted, we have the following return policy in place:

Returns & Refunds

• Perishable Items (Honey, Produce, etc.): All sales are final. We do not accept returns on food products for safety and quality reasons. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery for a replacement or store credit.
• Non-Perishable Items (Merchandise, Apparel, etc.): Unused and unworn items can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached.

How to Request a Return

• Our team will review your request and provide next steps within 3 business days.
