UFC Food Return & Refund Policy
At The Urban Farming Collective Food System (UFC Food), we are committed to providing fresh, high-quality products. Due to the perishable nature of our food, all refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of accepting delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please email [your email] within 24 hours with:
- A photo of the product
- Any labels showing producer information, dates, or lot numbers
We will review your request and offer a replacement or store credit if eligible.
Missing Items & Add-Ons
- Missing add-ons, store orders, or damaged products will be replaced the following week or credited to your account.
- Missing items must be reported during your location’s stated pick-up time to qualify for a replacement or credit.
Vegetable Boxes
- If your vegetable box is missing, you may receive a refund in the form of credit toward your next box.
- To be eligible, please email Support@UFCFood.org during your pick-up time.
- Requests sent after the pick-up time may not qualify for a refund.
Food Hub Pick-Up Locations
If you are picking up from a Food Hub location, please check your order before leaving to ensure you have received everything in good condition.
Once you leave with your order, we cannot issue refunds or credits for any missing or damaged items.
