Our Team.

In collaboration with HBCU Central State University-extention and NCUS Tech, the UFC Food System offers the "TEACH THE GROWER" workforce program, providing training in urban farming, customer service, and serve-safe practices. Endorsed by the Ohio State Board of Career Colleges, this post-secondary certification aims to empower individuals to cultivate successful urban gardens, farms, or restaurants, leveraging soil to yield plants, fruits, vegetables, and herbs for income generation. Spanning 12 weeks, the program combines classroom, online, and practical worksite instruction.
